  • Masking Protocol

    As of May 1st, 2023, masking is optional in the main facility and to the preference of the client in the massage room.

  • When should I arrive?

    If this is your first session, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to settle in, fill out paperwork and use the bathroom if needed. If you are a returning client, please arrive by the time of your scheduled session.

  • What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept tips?

    Payment is accepted in the form of cash or check. Ask about card options. Tipping is not necessary but certainly appreciated.

  • Do you accept Insurance?

    Please note that I am currently unable to accept Insurance. At this time, I am unable to provide Tax ID info directly to clients but and available to speak directly with companies for reimbursement options and/or send Invoices.

  • Can I cancel my appoinment?

    Clients are asked to cancel their appointments with at least a 24-hour notice.

    If the appointment is not cancelled in time, the client will be emailed a cancellation fee and are asked to pay it before their next visit.

  • Do you offer parking?

    Parking is available in front of the building and in an over flow parking lot along the side.

  • Do you only work with Soft Corner clients?

    I work with Soft Corner clients AND anyone that is on their pregnancy journey. Anyone working with other practitioners or facilities is welcome to come for a session.

  • Do you have a cancellation list?

    Yes! Sessions can book up to 6-8 weeks out. Please reach out if you’d like to be put on a cancellation list for last minute openings.

  • Do I need to remove all clothing for my massage appointment?

    This appointment is about you! You are only asked to dress down to your comfort level. Clients are asked to bring a bathing suit for herbal body wrap appointments.

  • Can I talk during my massage?

    Clients are encouraged to close their eyes, breath deeply and relax when receiving their treatment. This appointment is for you! You are certainly welcome to chat during your appointment or choose what makes you feel most comfortable.

  • Can I ask for deeper pressure?

    Clients are encouraged to openly communicate during their visit regarding preferences and comfort. This appointment is about you! However, massage does not need to hurt in order to be effective. Many effective techniques involve a lighter touch.

  • What should I expect after my massage?

    You may feel a variety of things: increased relaxation, increased energy, increased digestion or like you’re ready for a nap! It is recommended you drink plenty of water following your massage.

  • Do you offer chair massage or work events?
