Travel Bodywork

  • 60 minutes of bodywork | $180

    This session is availble for anyone with the exception of the first trimester. Session includes supportive abdominal oils and clay belly scrub. Areas of focus include the abdominal muscles with connection to heart space + hips.

    Supportive for digestion, fertility/cycle care, perinatal healing, body connection, muscular support + whole body relief.

  • 60 minutes of bodywork | $200

    This session is available any time during the perinatal period - 1st-3rd trimester and postpartum, including postpartum after pregnancy loss. Prenatal sessions include side-lying or face-down bolstering, as guided by the client. Postpartum sessions also include bolstering as needed. This session meets you where you are at - pressure, positioning and focus centered around the client’s needs.

  • 3 hours of support | $200

    This session does not include bodywork. 3 hours of time together to support you with daily tasks around the home during the perinatal period, pregnancy + postpartum. This session includes 1 snack and 1 herbal offering.

Session add-ons

  • Herbs tailored towards you. Choice of treatment:

    ~ sitz bath soak or vaginal steam

    Includes treatment during session, additional herbs + mini bath seat for a second personal treatment.

  • Recommended for postpartum and after loss care.

    A traditional belly wrap offered after bodywork. Supportive for the abdominal muscles, lower back, pelvis and uterus.

    Includes muslin wrap for keeping.

  • Tailored towards the client. Ayurvedic oils and towels added to the massage session. Includes a clay mask for back, belly and face.

  • Choice of snack tailored towards easy eating and nourishment (all snacks include tea).

    ~ granola bars (nuts + seeds)
    ~ chocolate bark (nuts, seeds + dried fruit)

    This offering includes prep time in home kitchen and ingredients purchased ahead of time by Flora. Prepared and served at home during session. Recipes can be emailed and altered for allergies.

  • Time together (~60 mins) after your massage to support you, your family and your home. From light house cleaning to caring for baby or prepping a meal from your fridge - here for what needs nourishing!

    Additional time together available if requested.
    Price is by the hour, $50/hr.

    Up to 2 hours of additional care hours post package.

Three prints on watercolor paper coated with preservation spray if requested. Options below.

Massage for Birth

Offering available for clients seeking a massage therapist at their birth. Available from Belfast-Portland area.

  • Two prenatal bodywork sessions in home to prepare for birth.

    Attendance at midwife prep visit for home births and phone call prior to hospital care.

  • 24-7 on call birth support from 37 weeks onwards. Attendance at birth as both a doula and bodyworker.

    Available in-home, birth center or at the hospital.

    Package pricing varies depending on location, package preference and client’s needs. Inquire for details.

  • Postpartum home session after birth, bodywork + 2 doula offerings.

    Placenta prints + cord saving available.

    Continued care as needed and requested.
